This notice covers the luvl coming soon website and waitlist, operated by Luvl LLC, 710 NE 1st Ave, Miami, Florida 33132.

What you share

We collect your email address, the gender information you choose to provide, and a record of your consent and signup time. Gender is optional. Joining the waitlist does not create a dating profile, and your details are not shown to other visitors.

How we use it

We use your email to invite you when luvl launches. Optional gender information helps us understand the community we are building. We do not sell your waitlist information or use it to make an attractiveness score.

Where it is kept

Our website and private waitlist storage are hosted by Vercel. Authorized Luvl LLC staff and service providers working on our behalf may process this information. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Keeping the form safe

We use a keyed identifier derived from an IP address to limit automated form abuse. We do not save your raw IP address in the waitlist record. Our hosting provider may separately process request information for security and service operations.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Whop Pixel helps us measure visits and understand which campaigns bring people to the website. It may process browser, device, referral and network information. We do not pass your submitted email address or gender to this pixel. Analytics stays off until you choose Allow in the footer. You can change your choice there at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw permission for launch emails, by contacting support@luvl.app from the email address you used to join. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We keep waitlist information while preparing and opening luvl, or until you withdraw, subject to necessary security and legal records. It will not automatically become a public app profile.
